Dibuatkan Jamban oleh Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang dan PT Ciputra Residence, Warga Mekar Jaya Bersyukur
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tangerang, Ricky Tommy Hasiholan saat memberikan paket bantuan untuk warga. SeputarBantenID – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Tangerang bersama PT Ciputra Residence menginisiasi pembangunan 32 unit sarana sanitasi sehat di Desa Mekar Jaya, Kecamatan Panongan, Selasa (14/1/2025).
Kegiatan itu dalam upaya mendukung percepatan penurunan angka stunting dan mewujudkan 100 persen bebas buang air besar sembarangan (open defecation free/ODF).
Kegiatan bertajuk Sanitasi Sehat Pengentasan Stunting ini merupakan wujud kepedulian terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya dalam penyediaan fasilitas sanitasi yang layak.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tangerang, Ricky Tommy Hasiholan, menyampaikan bahwa program ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen kejaksaan dalam berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat.
“Kami di sini untuk memberikan sumbangsih kepada pembangunan masyarakat, yaitu 32 unit sarana sanitasi sehat. Budaya-budaya lama yang tidak baik dan tidak sehat harus kita hapuskan demi masa depan generasi penerus,” ujar Ricky.

Pembangunan jamban ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah konkret dalam mendukung visi Indonesia Emas 2045, mengingat stunting masih menjadi ancaman serius bagi masa depan bangsa.
Salah satu warga Desa Mekar Jaya yang menerima bantuan, Nurhayati, mengungkapkan rasa syukurnya.
“Alhamdulillah sekarang punya WC sendiri. Manfaatnya sangat besar, kami jadi lebih sehat dan nyaman. Terima kasih kepada Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang,” tuturnya dengan penuh rasa haru.
Selain pembangunan jamban, kegiatan ini juga diisi dengan pemberian bantuan sosial kepada warga setempat sebagai bentuk dukungan Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Dengan kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak, Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang berharap program ini dapat menjadi model untuk inisiatif serupa di wilayah lain, demi mewujudkan Kabupaten Tangerang yang lebih sehat dan sejahtera.(*)
