Dewan Muhammad Rizal saat foto bersama masyarakat. KABUPATEN TANGERANG, | Dewan Muhammad Rizal Anggota Komisi IX DPR RI bersama Kementerian ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia menggelar sosialisasi program ketenagakerjaan bersama masyarakat Desa Sukamanah Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang.
Kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut bertemakan ‘sembilan lompatan ketenagakerjaan’. Kegiatannya di gelar di Gedung Serbaguna Azhar Rajeg Jl. Raya Rajeg-Mauk, Desa Sukamanah, Kecamatan Rajeg, Kabupaten Tangerang.
Sosialisasi itu di hadiri narasumber menteri ketenagakerjaan Ida Fauziyah yang diwakili oleh tim Biro Humas Kementerian ketenagakerjaan bapak Subhan, beserta jajarannya.

Dewan Muhammad Rizal mengatakan kegiatan ini dalam rangka memberikan informasi wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang program kementerian ketenagakerjaan.
Seperti yang sedang di jalankan yaitu program Kesembilan lompatan ketenagakerjaan Kemnaker RI.
“Saya mengajak bagi masyarakat dan anak muda yang mencari informasi ketenagakerjaan silahkan akses aplikasi SIAPKerja, di sana tersedia tentang lowongan pekerjaan, pelatihan, sertifikasi ataupun membangun bisnis, manfaatkan sebaik-baiknya ikuti programnya,” jelas dewan Muhammad Rizal Politisi PAN asal daerah pemilihan Banten III, Tangerang Raya, kamis (21/12/2023).

Dewan Rizal pun mengajak masyarakat generasi muda harus semangat berjuang dalam berusaha ataupun bekerja. Gapai impian dan cita-cita setinggi-tingginya.
“Alhamdulillah kami pun sudah membantu masyarakat dengan membuatkan balai latihan kerja yang tersebar di wilayah Tangerang Raya, ada di kresek, curug, kota Tangerang, dan Tangerang selatan, hal itu untuk mendorong potensi anak-anak muda, agar ketika terjun ke dunia pekerjaan, sudah mempunyai keahlian,” ungkapnya

Dewan Muhammad Rizal pun meminta kepada masyarakat agar berhati-hati bila ada yang menawarkan lowongan pekerjaan dengan meminta ‘sesuatu’ terlebih dahulu. Menurutnya Jangan sampai masyarakat menjadi korban penipuan oleh ulah oknum tersebut.
“Saya mendorong kemnaker agar lebih memperhatikan peraturan yayasan outsourcing yang menyalurkan lowongan pekerjaan, di karenakan ada masyarakat yang mengeluh karena tidak sesuai dengan yang di atur oleh pemerintah baik umr, jaminan sosial, dan kesejahteraan lainnya. Maka dari itu perlu adanya peningkatan pengawasan dari kemnaker. Karena kepentingan kesejahteraan masyarakat lebih utama,” ungkapnya

Selain itu Ia pun mengingatkan masyarakat bila ada yang ingin bekerja keluar negeri agar berhati-hati, cek dahulu legalitas penyalurnya dan keresmiannya di BP2MI maupun di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan. Jangan sampai nantinya tertipu menjadi TKI ilegal, karena banyak sindikat dengan modus di iming-imingi gaji yang besar.
“Semoga kegiatan sosialisasi ini dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, dan semoga masyarakat kita selalu sehat dan sejahtera,” harap dewan rizal
Subhan saat memaparkan program 9 lompatan ketenagakerjaan.
Sementara itu dari tim Biro Humas Kementerian ketenagakerjaan bapak Subhan menjelaskan kesembilan lompatan ketenagakerjaan itu adalah transformasi balai latihan kerja (BLK), link and match ketenagakerjaan, transformasi program perluasan kesempatan kerja.
Dan pengembangan talenta muda, perluasan pasar kerja luar negeri, visi baru hubungan industrial, reformasi pengawasan, ekosistem digital SIAPKerja, serta reformasi birokrasi.

“Bagi anak-anak muda yang mempunyai kemauan untuk bekerja dan mempunyai potensi silahkan akses aplikasi SIAPKerja, Disana terdapat lowongan pekerjaan, dan akses lainnya.” ujarnya
Sementara itu tokoh masyarakat setempat menyampaikan rasa terimakasih dan bangganya kepada dewan Muhammad Rizal DPR RI yang gencar turun sosialisasi ke masyarakat.

“Kami mengapresiasi dewan Muhammad Rizal, beliau sosok yang ramah, murah senyum, dan banyak bekerja, hasilnya nyata, peduli terhadap masyarakat. Seperti kegiatan sosialisasi ini kami pun menjadi tahu program kementerian ketenagakerjaan. beliau terus melakukan sosialisasi program-programnya bersama mitra kerjanya, untuk kemajuan masyarakat. Semoga beliau terpilih kembali menjadi DPR RI dan selalu amanah dan terus membantu masyarakat,” ungkapnya
Sekitar 400 peserta dari berbagai elemen masyarakat antusias menghadiri kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut, seperti dari tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, ketua RT/RW, mahasiswa, dan pemudi-pemudi, ibu-ibu serta elemen lainnya.
