Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang Tahan Manajer Bank Banten Yang Kongkalingkong Dengan Kontraktor CV Langit Biru
Jaksa saat menahan RW selaku Manajer Operasional Bank Banten Cabang Tangerang. TANGERANG, | Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Tangerang menahan tersangka baru kasus dugaan korupsi Bank Banten. Penahanan dilakukan usai pengembangan berkas perkara yang sebelumnya ditetapkan dua tersangka.
Kepala Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang Ricky Tommy Hasiholan melalui Kasi Intelijen Doni Saputra mengatakan, penahanan tersangka dilakukan pada Senin lalu (4/12). Tersangka kini mendekap di Rutan Kelas IIB Serang.
Lanjutnya, Jaksa Penyidik Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tangerang menetapkan RW selaku Manajer Operasional Bank Banten Cabang Tangerang. Surat Penetapan Tersangka Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Tangerang Nomor B-5772/M.6.12/Fd.1/12/2023 tanggal 04 Desember 2023. Selanjutnya Tersangka dilakukan penahanan berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan Nomor PRINT-1994/M.6.12/Fd.1/12/2023 tanggal 04 Desember 2023.
“penahanan dilakukan selama 20 hari di Rutan Klass IIB Serang terhitung mulai tangga 4 Desember hingga 23 Desember 2023. Tersangka adalah merupakan Manager Operasional Bank Banten Cabang Tangerang,” jelasnya, Selasa (5/12).
Peran tersangka yakni, telah mencairkan kredit modal kerja kontruksi CV. Langit Biru Tahun 2017 di Bank Banten tanpa memperhatikan syarat pencairan kredit.
“Setelah pencairan kredit CV. Langit biru dilakukan, CV. Langit Biru tidak membayar kredit tersebut sehingga terjadi kredit macet. Dengan nilai kerugian sekitar Rp. 743 juta,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang membongkar kongkalikong oknum pegawai bank dengan kontraktor. Direktur CV Langit Biru menjaminkan sertifikat lahan untuk kredit modal kerja ke Bank Banten.
Kasi Pidsus Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang Fariando Rusman mengatakan, kedua tersangka ditetapkan tersangka usai memenuhi dua alat bukti dalam penyidikan.
“Peran EB selaku Account Officer, itu, ada kewajiban yang harusnya diajukan tapi tak diajukan oleh CV Langit Biru. Kita cek sertifikat lahan juga ternyata bukan atas nama Direktur CV Langit Biru saudara AA ini,” jelasnya.
Lanjutnya, adanya dugaan kongkalingkong antara saudara AA selaku kreditur dan EB selaku oknum pegawai Bank Banten. Sebab, kekurangan berkas pengajuan namun tetap diloloskan dan kredit dicairkan.
Keduanya, kini ditahan dan dititipkan ke Rumah Rutan Serang selama 20 hari ke depan. Terhitung, sejak ditahan per 23 November untuk kepentingan penyidikan dan pengembangan kasus.
“Hasil penyidikan, kedua tersangka sudah memenuhi dua alat bukti. EB ini memberikan kelancaran kredit ke CV Langit Biru untuk modal kerja konstruksi pembangunan jalan,” jelasnya.
Ia memaparkan, uang yang didapat CV Langit Biru dari kredit Bank Banten belum pernah dibayarkan. Pasal yang dikenakan kepada keduanya yakni Pasal 2 dan 3 Undang-undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi.
“Kerugian negara sebesar Rp873 juta dan kredit yang didapat ini tak pernah dibayarkan oleh CV Langit Biru. CV ini mengajukan kredit untuk konstruksi pembangunan jalan yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Tangerang tahun anggaran 2017. Kita belum bicara tuntutan dan ini masih dikembangkan ada 25 saksi yang kami diperiksa hingga penetapan tersangka,” pungkasnya. (red)
