Kejaksaan Tangerang Gelar Seminar TPPU Narkotika
Seminar TPPU Narkotika di Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang. SEPUTARBANTENID – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Tangerang menggelar seminar bertajuk “Menguak Sumber Kejahatan Narkotika: Follow the Asset dan Follow the Money dalam Penegakan Hukum”.
Kegiatan itu dalam rangka memperingati Hari Lahir (Harlah) Kejaksaan yang jatuh pada 3 September 2025,
Acara ini berlangsung di Aula Lantai 3 Gedung Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang, Senin (25/8/2025).
Seminar menghadirkan dua narasumber, yakni Wakil Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang, I Nyoman Wiguna, serta Kabag Tata Usaha Deputi Strategi dan Kerjasama Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK), Deifid Tri Rizky.
Dalam pemaparannya, I Nyoman Wiguna menjelaskan praktik penegakan hukum tindak pidana narkotika dan pencucian uang dari perspektif pengadilan.
Menurutnya, penerapan prinsip follow the money dan follow the asset sangat penting untuk memutus rantai kejahatan narkotika.
Sedangkan, Deifid Tri Rizky dari PPATK menguraikan berbagai modus tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) yang kerap digunakan pelaku kejahatan. Yakni, aliran dana dari satu rekening ke banyak rekening.
Ada juga transfer ke satu rekening secara dicicil. Lalu, penggabungan dana dari banyak rekening ke satu rekening. Kemudian, ada transfer dalam jumlah besar yang hanya “lewat saja” untuk mengaburkan asal-usul dana.
Deifid menambahkan, tantangan dalam penanganan kasus TPPU meliputi praktik jual beli rekening, aturan kerahasiaan bank, penggunaan cryptocurrency, hingga situasi di mana tersangka meninggal dunia sehingga proses hukum terhenti.
“Modus pencucian uang inilah yang membuat tindak pidana narkotika semakin sulit diberantas, karena pelaku berusaha menyamarkan hasil kejahatan melalui sistem keuangan,” jelasnya.
Kepala Kejari Kabupaten Tangerang, Dr. Afrillianna Purba, melalui Kasi Tindak Pidana Umum, Herlian Malda Ksatria, mengatakan seminar ini juga merupakan bagian dari upaya meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur kejaksaan serta memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa hukum.
“Pencucian uang adalah modus utama yang digunakan pelaku kejahatan narkotika. Karena itu, melalui seminar ini kami ingin membekali aparat dan generasi muda hukum agar paham tantangan nyata, sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang,” ungkapnya.
Seminar yang diikuti mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat sinergi antar penegak hukum dan pemangku kepentingan dalam melawan kejahatan narkotika yang semakin kompleks.(*)
