Bupati Zakiyah Ingin Program Prioritas 100 Hari Kerjanya Tuntas, OPD Diminta Kolaborasi
Bupati Zakiyah. SeputarBantenID – Bupati Serang Ratu Rachmatuzakiyah mengajak seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) untuk bersama-sama kolaborasi menuntaskan program prioritas 100 hari kerja kepemimpinannya bersama Wakil Bupati Serang Muhammad Najib Hamas.
Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Serang periode 2025-2030 ini tengah melaksanakan sebanyak 10 program prioritas.
Hal ini disampaikan Ratu Zakiyah saat Rapat Koordinasi Perangkat Daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Serang yakni para pejabat eselon II, eselon III A meliputi para camat, kabag, dan sekretaris organisasi perangkat daerah di Aula Tb. Suwandi pada Jum’at, (13 Juni 2025).
Turut hadir Wakil Bupati Serang, Muhammad Najib Hamas, Pelaksana Harian Sekretaris Daerah (Plh Sekda), Rudy Suhartanto.
“Rakor ini merupakan rapat dinas perdana antara saya dan wakil bupati dengan para pejabat eselon II, camat dan eselon III di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Serang. Saya bersyukur dan berbahagia karena ditempat ini bisa bersama bapak ibu yang telah banyak berkontribusi dalam pembangunan Kabupaten Serang yang kita cintai ini,” ucap Ratu Zakiyah mengawali sambutannya.
Ratu Zakiyah mengungkap, bahwa dirinya bersama Wakil Bupati Najib Hamas pada saat pelantikan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Serang masa jabatan 2025-2030, telah menyampaikan bahwa visi Kabupaten Serang lima tahun yang akan datang adalah terwujudnya Kabupaten Serang bahagia.
Kabupaten Serang yang bahagia karena sejahtera rakyatnya dan sukses pembangunannya, aman, nyaman, sehat sebagai kabupaten hunian yang layak.
Tentunya, sambungnya, dalam menyukseskan visi ini diturunkan dalam beberapa misi, tujuan dan sasaran yang akan dituangkan dalam dokumen RPJMD Kabupaten Serang periode tahun 2025-2030.
“Saya meminta kepada Plh sekretaris daerah dan Kepala Bapperida untuk segera menyusun rancangan awal RPJMD Kabupaten Serang periode tahun 2025-2030 sesuai dengan pedoman, dan mengacu pada janji-janji kampanye yang telah kami sampaikan kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Serang,” katanya.
“Saya meminta agar dokumen RPJMD Kabupaten Serang tahun 2025-2030 disusun secara rasional, dan tentu saja harus dapat menjawab dan mengatasi seluruh permasalahan pembangunan yang ada di Kabupaten Serang, untuk dapat mewujudkan visi Kabupaten Serang bahagia,” sambung Ratu Zakiyah.
Oleh karenanya, Bupati Ratu Zakiyah menegaskan, kepada seluruh perangkat daerah untuk dapat melaksanakan rencana aksi yang telah disusun dan merealisasikan program 100 hari kerja dengan sebaik-baiknya.
Program 100 hari kerja meliputi konsolidasi dan penataan ASN Pemkab Serang, kepastian pembayaran TPP ASN, penganggaran insentif guru madrasah dan guru ngaji yang tepat sasaran, meningkatkan insentif RT dan RW, perangkat desa, dan reward kader posyandu, melanjutkan pembangunan Mesjid Terapung Banten (MTB), memastikan program beasiswa bagi anak-anak berprestasi, penghafal qur’an, yatim piatu dan tidak mampu.
Kemudian, meningkatkan sasaran bantuan bagi usaha ekonomi produktif bagi masyarakat miskin dan rentan, menyusun strategi terkait dengan pencapaian asta cita Presiden dan Wakil Presiden terkait swasembada pangan di Kabupaten Serang, membuat kebijakan terkait ’Kabupaten Serang bebas sampah’’, dan pembentukan Satgas pungutan liar di Kabupaten Serang.
Ratu Zakiyah meminta kepada Plh Sekda agar segera menindaklanjuti program 100 hari kerja bersama para asda dan perangkat daerah serta menyiapkan agenda kerja pembahasan dokumen perencanaan daerah guna memastikan seluruh program prioritas dapat dilaksanakan di mulai dari tahun ini, dan semua permasalahan pembangunan daerah dapat terselesaikan dengan sebaik-baiknya.
“Seluruh perangkat daerah saya minta agar turun dan terjun langsung ke masyarakat, ke desa-desa sehingga kita dapat merasakan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dirasakan masyarakat kita, dengan begitu akan tercipta rasa kepedulian yang lebih besar dan berdampak kepada pelayanan publik yang prima, cepat dan tepat,” tegasnya.
Sedangkan kepada seluruh camat, Ratu Zakiyah meminta agar aktif bekerja, memonitoring dan menindaklanjuti kesulitan dan keluhan warga.
“Saya berharap camat dapat menjadi perpanjangan tangan kepala daerah di wilayah, sehingga kehadiran kepala daerah dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Serang,” kata Ratu Zakiyah.
Ratu Zakiyah juga meminta kepada seluruh camat untuk menjembatani komunikasi antara masyarakat dan perangkat daerah, sehingga permasalahan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan efektif.
“Dengan kerja sama dan komunikasi yang baik, kita dapat menciptakan Kabupaten Serang yang bahagia dan sejahtera,” pungkasnya.
Dengan demikian, Ratu Zakiyah berharap bahwa program 100 hari kerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Serang.
Pada kesempatan ini, Ratu Zakiyah juga mengajak seluruh perangkat daerah untuk bekerja sama dan bersinergi dalam melaksanakan program-program yang telah direncanakan.
“Kita harus bekerja sama dan bersinergi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah kita tetapkan, yaitu menciptakan Kabupaten Serang yang bahagia dan sejahtera,” kata Ratu Zakiyah.
Dengan demikian, Ratu Zakiyah berharap bahwa Kabupaten Serang dapat menjadi contoh bagi daerah lain dalam hal pembangunan dan pelayanan publik.
“Semoga kita dapat menjadi contoh bagi daerah lain dan membawa Kabupaten Serang menjadi daerah yang maju dan sejahtera,” pungkasnya.(*)
