Soma Atmaja Kadis DPMPTSP Paparkan Realisasi Investasi di Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2023 Capai Rp22,8 Triliun
Kepala DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang, Soma Atmaja. TANGERANG , | Tren investasi di Kabupaten Tangerang semakin meningkat dan berjalan baik selama tahun 2023. Berdasarkan data Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tangerang periode Januari hingga September 2023, capaian investasi di Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2023 mencapai Rp22,8 triliun. Jumlah realisasi investasi tersebut sudah mencapai target di angka Rp22,5 Triliun.
Kepala DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang, Soma Atmaja menyampaikan realisasinya terdiri dari Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN).
“Tahun 2023 untuk PMA kita tembus diangka Rp 11 T, dan PMDN kita sebesar Rp 11,7 Triliun. Jumlah realisasi investasi itu sudah mencapai target Kabupaten Tangerang yakni Rp 22,5 Triliun,” ucapnya pada Selasa (2/1/2024).
Ia menyampaikan, sektor penyumbang PMDN dan PMA ini sebagian besar didominasi oleh investasi di sektor perumahan, kawasan industri dan perkantoran. Menurutnya, dengan angka tersebut menandakan bahwa nilai investasi di Kabupaten Tangerang semakin meningkat dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
“Tahun 2020 jumlah realisasi investasi kita periode Januari-September berada diangka Rp 16 triliun, lalu diperkirakan naik di tahun 2021 menjadi Rp 18 triliun, lalu menjadi Rp 20 triliun di tahun 2022. Ini menunjukkan tren yang sangat positif untuk Kabupaten Tangerang,” ujarnya.
Ia berharap, dengan meningkatnya angka investasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Tangerang.
“Tentunya kami akan terus menggali potensi investasi dan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal tanpa membeda-bedakan jenis investasinya. Semoga ini dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerah sekaligus secara mampu menggeliatkan sektor ekonomi masyarakat,” terangnya (red)
