HUT ke 32 Pemkot Tangerang Diisi Pemusnahan Miras, Diapresiasi Pemprov Banten
Plh sekda banten Nana, Sekda Herman Suwarman, dan Ketua DPRD Kota Tangerang Rusdi Alam saat pemusnahan miras. SeputarBantenID – Tepat di momen Hari Ulang Tahun Kota (HUT) Kota Tangerang ke-32, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Tangerang melaksanakan pemusnahan minuman keras (miras).
Kegiatan pemusnahan miras ini rutin dilaksanakan setiap perayaan HUT kota Tangerang.
Tak kurang dari 4.982 barang bukti botol Miras dari berbagai merek dimusnahkan yang merupakan hasil razia yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Tangerang sepanjang Maret 2024 hingga Januari 2025 di berbagai wilayah Kota Tangerang.
Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Sekda Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Banten, Nana Supiana, yang turut hadir dalam kegiatan pemusnahan miras di Momen HUT Kota Tangerang ke-32 turut mengapresiasi upaya serta komitmen Pemkot dalam menegakkan Perda Nomor 7 Tahun 2005 tersebut.
“Sebuah persembahan terbaik dari Pemkot Tangerang dalam rangka HUT ke-32 di mana ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Pemkot Tangerang bersama partisipasi publik” kata Nana
“saya berharap tidak sekedar simbolik saja tetapi secara substansial seluruh masyarakat baik masyarakat Kota Tangerang dan juga Banten secara keseluruhan dapat bersama-sama mengantisipasi peredaran miras yang dapat mengganggu dan mengancam generasi muda kita.” ujarnya.
Pemusnahan Miras menggunakan alat berat.
Sementara itu Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kota Tangerang, Herman Suwarman yang hadir membuka kegiatan sekaligus melakukan pemusnahan barang bukti miras secara simbolis menyampaikan bahwa upaya tersebut merupakan bukti komitmen dari Pemkot Tangerang yang secara konsisten menegakkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 7 Tahun 2005 tentang Pelarangan Peredaran dan Penjualan Minuman Beralkohol.
“Sebagai Kota Akhlakul Karimah tentunya Pemkot Tangerang akan terus komitmen bersama dengan seluruh komponen masyarakat untuk memerangi peredaran miras yang ada di Kota Tangerang.” tutur Sekda dalam kegiatan yang di gelar di Halaman Belakang Pupem Kota Tangerang.
“Dan di momen ini kita berhasil memusnahkan total 4.982 botol miras yang jika ditotal senilai tak kurang dari Rp 204 Juta.” imbuhnya.
Selain melalui penegakan Perda Nomor 7 Tahun 2005 yang menjadi dasar hukum dalam menindak peredaran miras, Herman turut menyampaikan bahwa Pemkot juga senantiasa melakukan berbagai tindakan preventif.
“Selain ditindak dengan tipiring, kita juga akan terus memberikan sosialisasi dan arahan serta pembinaan kepada masyarakat yang melibatkan baik alim ulama, tokoh masyarakat dan juga aparat TNI/Polri untuk sama-sama bergerak memberantas peredaran miras.” terang Herman.
“Terlebih sebentar lagi kita akan memasuki Bulan Ramadham tentunya kita ingin masyarakat dapat beribadah dengan khusyuk, nyaman dan kondusif.” tukas Sekda.
