Waka Komisi 3 DPR RI Apresiasi Polri Berhasil Mengungkap Ribuan Kasus Premanisme
Rano Alfath Wakil Ketua (Waka) Komisi 3 DPR RI. Nasional – Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI, Moh Rano Alfath, memberikan apresiasi tinggi kepada Polri atas keberhasilan mengungkap 3.326 kasus premanisme di berbagai wilayah Indonesia selama periode 1–9 Mei 2025. Menurut Rano, capaian ini merupakan bukti nyata kehadiran negara dalam menjamin rasa aman masyarakat.
“Saya menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada jajaran Kepolisian Republik Indonesia atas kinerja luar biasa selama operasi ini. Penanganan aksi premanisme ini tidak hanya menunjukkan efektivitas aparat dalam penegakan hukum, tetapi juga memperkuat persepsi publik terhadap supremasi hukum di Indonesia,” ujar Rano, Sabtu (10/5/2025).
Politikus muda dari Fraksi PKB ini menegaskan bahwa premanisme merupakan ancaman serius terhadap stabilitas sosial dan ekonomi, karena menyasar ruang publik strategis seperti kawasan industri, tempat usaha, dan aktivitas masyarakat kecil. Ia menilai operasi yang digelar Polri sebagai respons cepat dan relevan terhadap arahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
“Dalam konteks akademis, premanisme merupakan bentuk kriminalitas terorganisir yang bisa berkembang menjadi kejahatan lebih kompleks bila tidak ditangani dengan segera. Karena itu, pendekatan Polri melalui deteksi dini, tindakan preemtif, hingga represif adalah contoh praktik baik dalam tata kelola keamanan nasional,” jelas Rano.
Ia juga menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara TNI, Polri, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat sipil dalam membentuk sistem ketahanan sosial yang kuat. Masyarakat, menurutnya, harus berani melaporkan aksi premanisme dan mendapatkan jaminan perlindungan hukum atas pengaduan tersebut.
“Upaya kolektif dalam memberantas premanisme adalah bagian dari pembangunan peradaban hukum. Saya mendukung penuh tindakan tegas Polri terhadap pelaku maupun oknum yang mencoba bersembunyi di balik organisasi masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Polri mencatat telah menangani 3.326 kasus dalam Operasi Kepolisian Kewilayahan yang menyasar praktik premanisme di seluruh Indonesia. Operasi ini dimulai pada 1 Mei 2025.
Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Sandi Nugroho menyatakan operasi ini merupakan langkah konkret untuk menumpas premanisme yang meresahkan masyarakat dan menghambat iklim investasi.
“Operasi ini adalah upaya nyata Polri dalam menjaga rasa aman masyarakat dan mendukung iklim usaha yang sehat,” ujar Kadiv Humas.
Beberapa kasus menonjol yang berhasil diungkap dalam operasi ini antara lain: Polres Subang mengamankan 9 pelaku premanisme di kawasan industri; Polresta Tangerang menangkap 85 pelaku; Polda Banten mengamankan 146 orang pelaku; Polda Kalimantan Tengah memanggil Ketua GRIB Kalteng terkait penutupan PT BAP; dan Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan mengamankan 10 orang yang membawa senjata tajam dan senjata api.
