Al Muktabar Tinjau Pembangunan USB Sekolah Kejuruan di Cipondoh Senilai Rp8,933 Miliar
Pj Al Muktabar saat meninjau pembangunan sekolah baru di Cipondoh. BANTEN, | Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Banten Al Muktabar meninjau pembangunan Unit Sekolah Baru (USB) Sekolah Kejuruan di Kecamatan Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang, Minggu (29/10/2023). Hal ini merupakan upaya tingkatkan partisipasi sekolah, pembangunan USB tersebut senilai Rp8,933 miliar.
“Siang ini kita mengunjungi pembangunan SMK yang kita harapkan pada 2024 nanti sudah menerima siswa baru,” ungkap Al Muktabar.
“Ada 12 Kelas yang semuanya kita peruntukkan untuk siswa terlebih dahulu. Maka bisa menerima sekitar 450 siswa. Kita cakup para calon siswa dari sekitar sini,” tambahnya.
Dikatakan, pada tahap selanjutnya, gedung sekolah 3 lantai itu akan dikembangkan. Dinaikkan ke atas 3 lantai sehingga menjadi 6 lantai.

Seperti dijelaskan konsultan pembangunan, lanjutnya, pondasi bangunan yang sudah dibangun mampu untuk dinaikkan menjadi 6 lantai.
“Dengan begitu, bisa menerima hampir 1000 siswa,” jelas Al Muktabar.
“Ini akan terus kita Kembangkan untuk memfasilitasi tingginya minat bersekolah khususnya di sekolah negeri,” tambahnya.
Dijelaskan dengan bertambahnya daya tampung, diharapkan mampu mengurangi keriuhan pada proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB).
“Kita terus meningkatkan daya tampung sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan kita. Akan terus meningkatkan fasilitas sekolah untuk meningkatkan angka partisipasi sekolah,” pungkas Al Muktabar.
