Bupati Irna Lantik Ali Fahmi Sumanta Jadi Sekda Kabupaten Pandeglang, Ada Juga 11 Pejabat Dirotasi
Bupati Irna Narulita saat melantik Ali Fahmi Sumanta Jadi Sekda Definitif Kabupaten Pandeglang. PANDEGLANG, | Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) pratama eselon II.a Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Pandeglang kini sudah terisi. Ali Fahmi Sumanta dilantik menjadi Sekda definitif oleh Bupati Pandeglang Irna Narulita sesuai nomor keputusan 821:/kep-2614/bkpsdm-2023, Jum’at (7/7) di Pendopo Pandeglang.
Sebelumnya, jabatan Pelaksana Harian (plh) Sekda Pandeglang dijabat oleh Asep Rahmat kurang lebih selama 1,5 bulan. Dan Ali Fahmi Sumanta sebelumnya menjabat Inspektur Inspektorat dan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Dinas Penanaman Modal Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP).
Bupati Pandeglang Irna Narulita mengatakan, proses penetapan sekda ini sangat panjang prosesnya. Kata Irna, mulai dari pembentukan pansel, seleksi kompetensi oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN), dan rekomendasi Gubernur Banten.
“Empat kandidat semua kompetitif mulai dari Ali Fahmi Sumanta, Ramadani, Asep Rahmat, dan Puji Widodo, integritasnya bagus semua, tapi tetap harus satu yang kita pilih mengacu kepada hasil penilaian,” kata Irna.
Bupati Irna juga menjelaskan, bukan saja penilaian dari KASN dan rekomendasi dari Gubernur Banten, ada penilaian tambahan yang diberikan oleh daerah.
“Kandidat ini handal semua, kami bingung mana yang akan menjadi definitif, pengabdiannya bagus. Kita coba lihat lagi apakah pernah menjadi TAPD, saya liat lagi sudah berapa kali memimpin OPD, saya liat lagi pernahkan menjabat camat,” jelasnya.
Bupati Irna berpesan kepada Ali Fahmi Sumanta jika tanggung jawab sekda sangat berat ditengah pengaruh Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) 212. Aturan ini berdampak besar kepada daerah yang Pendapatan Asli Daerahnya (PAD) masih minim.
“Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) gak boleh sembarangan karena ada pemangkasan dari pusat, amanat pemerintah kita harus optimalkan PAD untuk menunjang Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD),” terangnya.
“PMK 212 membuat gelisah kepala daerah se indonesia yang PAD daerah nya masih minim. Apalagi harus melakukan penyesuaian setelah mendapatkan persetujuan bersama,” sambungnya.
Sementara Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Pemberdayaan Sumberdaya Manusia (BKPSDM) Moh Amri mengatakan, selain JPT Pratama esseon II.a, juga dilantik JPT esselon II.b untuk rotasi mutasi jabatan.
“Ada 11 pejabat esselon II.b yang kita rotasi untuk penyegaran, namun memang masih ada beberapa OPD yang kosong masih menunggu keputusan KASN untuk rekomendasinya,” terangnya.
Pelantikan Pejabat di Pemkab Pandeglang.
Dijelaskan Amri, pejabat esselon II.b yang dirotasi yaitu Doni Hermawan menjabat Assisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra (Pemkesra), Nuriah menjabat sebagai Asda Perekonomian, Tatang Muchtasar menjabat Assisten Administrasi Umum, Ahmad Mursidi menjabat Kepala Dpmptsp, Didi Mulyadi Kadisdukcapil, Bunbun Buntaran menjabat kepala DPMPD, Ramadi menjabat kepala Bapenda, Kurnia Satriawan menjabat kepala Bappeda, Raden Dewi menjabat Inspektur Inspektorat, Aep Saepudin menjabat kepala DP2KBP3A, dan Ratu Tanti menjabat Kadis Lingkungan Hidup (LH).
“Semuanya ada 11 pejabat, untuk jabatan yang kosong masih nunggu rekomendasi KASN, setelah ini akan kita lakukan open biding lagi,” tandasnya.

Sekda Pandeglang Ali Fahmi Sumanta mengungkapkan, pihaknya terimakasih sudah diamanahi menjadi Sekda Pandeglang. Menurutnya, amanah Sekda ini cukup berat, namun ia akan berupaya membantu pimpinan untuk melaksanakan visi misinya.
“Tugas kami membantu pimpinan dalam merealisasikan visi misi dengan dukungan semua kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang ada,” terang Fahmi. (ope/red)
